We are delighted to be able to welcome parents/guardians back to our school Sports Day this year.
Sports Day will take place on Thursday 1st of June at 10am.
Foundation Stage (P/R 1&2) and Primary/ Rang 3 will participate in a range of different non-competitive stations on our school grounds. A dedicated area is sectioned off for parents and we ask that you stay within this area.
Primary/Rang 4-7 will use the Tír na nÓg facilities. For safeguarding purposes parents are asked to remain within the stands/fenced area.
We appreciate that parents may want to attend both KS2 and Foundation Stage events and we hope the timetable provided (via Google Classroom) may help to facilitate this. Children will have lots of support and cheerleaders throughout the day from their peers and St. John the Baptist staff!
Each class teacher will publish the timetable on Google Classroom. Please bear in mind these are estimated times and may be subject to change on the day.
Children should wear their PE kit, appropriate footwear and have suncream applied.
Children in P/R4-7 should bring a packed lunch. If your child is entitled to a free school meal, please inform their class teacher if you require a lunch provided by the canteen.
Refreshments will be available for the parents on both sites.
