Primary 6L enjoyed some delicious homemade pancakes today to celebrate Shrove Tuesday.They learned that Shrove Tuesday takes place the day before Lent begins and also how people celebrate pancake Tuesday all over the world. They especially liked the sound of the pancake races that started back in 1445. The children were able to choose from a variety of tasty toppings and thoroughly enjoyed their scrumptious pancakes.🥞
