School Choir: Portadown Music Festival

Dear parents/ guardians,

I am delighted to let you know that our school choir will be competing in Portadown Music Festival at 9:30am on Wednesday 10^th April in Craigavon Civic Centre. The children have been working very hard in preparation for the festival and will be competing against six other schools. It is essential that children come to school wearing full school uniform including shirt, tie, jumper, trousers/ skirt and black footwear – please, NO trainers. All girls should wear white ankle socks (no tights). If choir members have PE or an after-school club later in the day, then they are welcome to change back into their sportswear when we return from the Civic Centre. Children will return to school in time for lunch.

Parents are welcome to come along to Craigavon Civic Centre on the morning of 10^th April but please be aware there is a £5 admission fee for audience members which is paid at the door.

Permission slips were sent home this week. If you give your child permission to attend Portadown Music Festival, please complete and return the slip as soon as possible.
