Primary 6L had a very enjoyable rugby session lead by Alistair. The children learned how to form a "ruck" safely. A ruck is formed if the ball is on the ground and one or more players from each team who are on their feet close round it. Alistair explained the rules very clearly and now the children know how to form a 'ruck' and keep the game flowing fluidly.
