As you are aware, the teaching trade unions in the north have indicated they will withdraw their labour on the morning of Wednesday 29 November 2023. After carefully assessing the impact the strike will have on the safe supervision of the children without teaching staff, the decision has been made to remain closed to children tomorrow morning.
The boys and girls should attend school at 12:15 when a hot school dinner will be made available to those entitled to free school meals. All other children attending should bring a packed lunch please.
We apologise for the disruption the strike may cause but trust you will be supportive of the teachers’ actions in the hope their demands will be met.
