Parenting NI will be hosting a free 90 minute session for parents around the theme of
emotional health and wellbeing. The session will be taking place on
Friday 8th December from 10am – 11.30am via zoom and it aims to support parents to understand the importance of positive mental health, whilst sharing tips and strategies to improve wellbeing.
