PARENT- TEACHER MEETINGS 2022

As advised at the beginning of the new school term, Parent Teacher interviews will take place the week commencing Monday 24th October.

To facilitate these meetings pupils in P1 – P3/R1 – R3 will finish at 1.45pm and pupils in P4 – P7/R4 – R7 at 2pm on Monday 24th - Friday 28th October inclusive.

It is our intention to offer either a face to face meeting or a short phone call. Face to face meetings will be facilitated from Monday – Wednesday and telephone calls on Thursday - Friday. If the demand for face to face meetings is greater than the request for telephone calls then this may alter the days designated for both.

We ask that you complete the information sheet sent home with pupils and return this to your child’s class teacher by Thursday 13^th October to facilitate an appointment schedule. Parents/Guardians requesting face to face meetings will be notified of the date and time of the meeting accordingly.

Those opting for a telephone call should note that this will most likely be listed as a NO CALLER ID. It is important that you try to be available to answer this. If you are not available, a further attempt will be made to contact you. If this is unsuccessful, then it will be up to you to make contact with the teacher once the scheduled meetings are completed.

It is of course vital that all contact numbers are up to date. If you have changed your primary contact number, please advise Mrs Toland immediately.

In addition, please indicate if an interpreter is required and which language.

During the course of the year we would encourage good home-school communication, making an appointment via the school office when necessary.
