Today we continued with our Judo lessons!
We revised our learning from last week before progressing onto learning how to land and throw safely!
It was lovely to see our past pupil, Conor Creaney who very kindly gave up his time to help with the lesson.
Conor has been practising Judo for 7 years and we wish him well as he heads off to compete in the British School Judo Championships in Sheffield next week! Congratulations, Conor - we are very proud of you and wish you the very best of luck next week.
Once again we had a fantastic morning! Thank you to Linda for hosting us and also Josef, Conor and Joy (R7) for sharing their expertise in these lessons! We all had a great time.
Judo lessons are held in the Drumcree centre every Wednesday and Friday and all new members are welcome to join.
