It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our music tutor Mrs McConville, who is retiring from the Music Service.
Mrs McConville has taught music in our school for 43 years, instilling a love for the viola and violin in many young hearts. Her commitment to St John the Baptist PS always went above and beyond the classroom as she played at many of our Carol Services and religious ceremonies over the years.
We would like to wish Mrs McConville all the very best in her retirement and we express our sincere thanks for her many years of dedicated service to inspiring a love of music in so many of our pupils, past and present.
