We are aware of some children experiencing login difficulties with Mathletics and have received the following guidance from the company:
- Please ensure you are using the login page https://login.mathletics.com/ and the sign in details which have been sent home from school (e.g. DAK14830).
- If they are using the Mathletics app, make sure to download the app called ‘Mathletics Students’. This is free and just requires a login to get in.
- If difficulties persist, please advise get in touch with the Mathletics customer support team directly on 01173 701990 option 1, or by emailing support@3plearning.co.uk.
