As part of our persuasive writing topic in literacy we have been planning and designing our own dream Theme Parks.
We then brought our ideas to life by creating our own Theme Park brochures using persuasive writing techniques on Google Classroom.
In addition to this, we have had great fun experimenting with Lego Spike Education.
Using this resource the children were given an opportunity to experiment with engineering design skills. They learnt about the steps that are involved in defining a problem, brainstorming solutions and testing and refining prototypes to improve their ideas.
They had fun building and testing theme park rides and using code to bring their creations to life. check out our wonderful creations below.
