Today was "Green day". All the pupils made such a wonderful effort to dress up in green to celebrate Saint Patrick.

In Primary 6L we talked about Saint Patrick, his life, and how he brought Christianity to Ireland. We discussed the meaning of the shamrock and even took part in a Saint Patrick's day quiz! Do you know what city dyes it's river green or where the first Saint Patrick's day parade was held?

Such a fun day was had by all. A special shout to Tom Sweeney for singing with all the boys and girls in our school. It was thoroughly enjoyable.
