The Millennium Court located in Portadown, is holding Kids Mindfulness and Yoga classes for children 9 years and above.
Dates for Mindfulness Classes:
Thursdays the 10th, 17th, 24th November and 1st, 8th, 15th December, from 4-5pm
Dates for Yoga Classes:
Tuesdays the 8th,15th, 22nd, 29th November and 7th and 14th December, from 3:30-4:30pm
