Healthy Kidz Soccer Tournament

Healthy Kidz have organised an end of year soccer tournament (for those students who attended their after school club) against St Francis PS at Oxford Sunnyside FC on Monday the 17th of June from 10am to 12pm. 

Any child that went to the soccer afterschool programme ran by Healthy Kidz this year can fill in the google form below if they are wanting to attend on the day.

As children are not in school on the day it will their parents/guardians responsibility to transport the children to and from the venue.
