We enjoyed the book Handa’s Surprise. It was all about Handa, who lives in Kenya, taking 7 fruits to her friend, Akeyo. On the way some very cheeky animals stole the fruits from her basket! Then an angry goat broke off its lead and banged into a tangerine tree filling the empty basket full of tangerines! You can imagine the surprise when Handa reached Akeyo’s village and looked in her basket!
We decided to taste the fruits Handa had put in her basket: orange, pineapple, avocado, mango, passion fruit, banana and guava to find out which one we liked the best. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a guava! When we tasted all the fruits we chose the one we like the most and created a graph to show the results.
