This morning P7B were welcomed in the Pastoral Centre by one of our parents, Dermot Kelly and his colleague, Ogie.
Both are youth leaders with Redemptorist Youth Ministry Ireland.
They led a very enjoyable and inspiring morning with the pupils, filled with games, treats and discussion and reflection.
Through these activities the pupils had a chance to learn more about the Holy Spirit in our lives and also to pray together.
We were reminded about a simple way to pray - the five finger prayer -and also heard more about the life of Blessed Carlo Acutis, who will be made a Saint on 23rd April.
We were challenged to do “Small things with great love” (Mother Theresa)
and to
“Chose Faith over fear”.
We thank Dermot for a great session and are looking forward to Confirmation later next month!
