As this coming week marks Children’s Mental Health Week, we are not setting written homework but instead ask families to look each night at one of the “5 steps to Well-being” (as recognised by Health & Social Care) - Connect, Take Notice, Be Active, Keep Learning, Give.
The attached leaflet explains each step and its importance, particularly “Connect” with this year’s theme being “Let’s Connect”.
