To help celebrate Children’s Mental Health Week 2025, we welcomed Carlos from Hip Psychology into our classroom via a zoom call.
Through a range of fun and interactive discussions, games and activities we were able to explore the positive and negative sides of different emotions as well as strategies to deal with the more challenging side of these emotions!
