As one of the final tasks of the project, we were challenged to work in groups to create a suspension bridge. Using only wool, pape straws, cups and masking tape, one of Mrs Breen's most successful groups managed to create a suspension structure which was able to hold 750g. It may even have been able to carry more if the "bucket" support had been stronger!
Next week we will be building our final structures to select a winning design to bring to W5 on Wednesday 8th March, for judging against other schools.
