Autumn stewed apples
19th Oct 2021
In our class we have been talking about the changes that we can see around us during Autumn. We talked about Armagh being well known for growing apples. The children investigated the differences between eating apples and cooking apples eg. size, shape, taste and smell. We decided to make stewed apples to taste cooking apples and decide if we like them. The boys and girls helped to chop the apples and add the sugar. Some of us loved the stewed apples and some of us preferred eating apples.
