As part of our WAU topic 'Autumn' we've spoken lots about apples. We have discussed the differences between ordinary apples and cooking apples and all the delicious things we can make with them. Today the boys and girls helped Miss Condon and Miss Halfpenny to chop cooking apples and waited patiently while they stewed. They each got to taste some stewed apples, with some boys and girls coming back for a second helping!!
