Along with Lizzie Devlin of the Arts Council for Northern Ireland, Dwyer will decide which picture is best.
As recognition for such a great piece of work, Dwyer will paint a portrait of the winner along with the winning picture being framed and hung in the entrance to Tesco Store in The Meadows Shopping Centre, Portadown
However, we recognise that all pictures will be brilliant. Therefore, it is hoped to hang them all in an exhibition at The Meadows Shopping Centre, Portadown later in the year to enable our whole community to appreciate the creativity of our children.
